building a caring society with integrity, friendship, respect, service

Freemasonry is the world’s oldest and largest fraternal organization. It promotes moral and ethical values which were known over 3500 years ago. Modern Freemasonry arose in 17th-century Scotland and England, and the first grand lodge was established in London in 1717. Over the last 300 years, our society has been dedicated to self-improvement, moral thought and action, tolerance towards others, building our communities, and charity.  It is open to men of every background who can profess a life of honour and virtue.  Today Freemasons can be found in almost every country in every corner of the globe, quietly trying to make the World a better place.
